Try to eat dinner early (I know it is hard on busy schedules); sometimes if you eat too late, it is hard to fall asleep on a full tummy.
yes, this happens to me on occasion... and usually i will try to think of all the kids names with whom i went to elementary school (i guess like counting sheep)... but, it's sweet because i then remember fun things about those times in my life:)much love,dani xxxxxx
sorry, no solutions for you... just that i totally understand. i've since cut my caff intake to only one cup in the morning. that helps... but all in all, i find that the more busy i am through out the day, i somehow get that second wind that keeps me awake.
